We're a group of Google alumni (Xooglers) and current Googlers who have come together to help each other advance our ambitions in the startup ecosystem. The Xoogler.co community consists of over 8,000 community members of Xoogler startup founders, early Google employees, angel investors, VCs, and mentors. Our active community engages through 200+ events and daily conversations on our community platform.

Many early Lyft teammates long for the opportunity to do things together again. Our syndicate includes some of the earliest employees at Lyft that made it the company it is today, across all major functions, including marketing, product, growth, engineering, and operations. We developed the pattern recognition skills needed to identify highly skilled founders and have the experience to help them build successful, high-growth consumer businesses.

Our syndicate members are current and past Pinterest operators across every function (product, engineering, marketing, etc). Our members are some of the earliest employees at Pinterest and helped build one of the world’s largest consumer businesses from seed to IPO. We believe in the ability of founders and builders to create the consumer businesses of the future, and we’re fortunate to provide that support.

Uber built teams all over the world to solve the challenges that came with hyper-growth. We believe that the people who build the world’s most impactful companies learn unique skills and form deep connections with their teammates. Our active community of investors sources opportunities and provides support for ambitious founders and early teams along the way.

Airbnb brought together talented and ambitious people from around the globe who built and scaled a special company. Now, in the spirit of being good hosts, we, along with investors in our syndicate, support ambitious new entrepreneurs as they embrace new adventures. Due to our network and reach, we are fortunate enough to work with many of these founders from day one.

Financial inclusion is at the core of Square's vision. Our angels are a group of current and former Square employees who continue to champion this mission by partnering with amazing early-stage startups and founders. We are an active community of operators providing support through subject-matter expertise in a wide range of disciplines across product, design, legal, risk, finance, strategy, and more.
