AngelList Venture Raises Additional $44M From GP & LP Customers

Today we closed an additional $44M from our GP and LP community at a $4B pre-money valuation. This represents one of the largest customer raises ever.

Allocation in the customer round was offered to the top active fund and syndicate GPs and their LPs. In partnership with our GPs, nearly 10% of the active LP base invested in AngelList Venture. As a platform that allows users to invest in startups, it made sense to enable our customers to invest in the platform.

We look forward to continue building products that increase the rate of innovation in the world.
