Introducing: AngelList Relay

View your portfolio dashboard: When an investment document or company update is forwarded to your Relay email, the relevant data is automatically added to your Relay portfolio dashboard. If the company doesn’t yet exist in your dashboard, Relay creates a new entry with details about the portfolio company and relevant insights from the forwarded documents, all stored as structured data. Relay can process and organize over 16 different document types, including SPAs and SAFEs. Additionally, Relay can parse over 27+ total investment terms including pay-to-play provisions, round name, investment type (e.g., equity, debt), burn per month, runway, and more.

Relay also saves and organizes all forwarded documents and updates within the dashboard for future reference and audit preparation, allowing you to dig deeper into company-level insights (e.g., company updates sent MoM) to create LP updates.

Add team members: To ensure all relevant stakeholders have timely access to key information, Relay allows GPs to add any team members from their investment firm or fund administrator team to their Relay account. GPs can even have portfolio companies send investor updates directly to their Relay email to further streamline portfolio tracking.

Relay plugs into a GP’s existing email workflow to easily track key data, centralize information, and improve collaboration across team members and fund administration. Additionally, we’ll soon be rolling out automated portfolio company performance reports, document management tools, and more features that streamline inbox management and portfolio tracking.
