Rollups offers two products: trusted Roll Up Vehicles (RUVs), and a new product, Consolidation Vehicles (CVs).

Introducing Rollups
In the four years since launch, RUVs have deployed over $1B into startups and saved founders an estimated $100M in administrative costs, quickly becoming one of the most founder-loved fundraising tools in the market.
The continued demand for RUVs sends a clear message: companies want to take control of their equity. That’s why we’re introducing a new brand, Rollups, to continue growing RUVs along with a new product – Consolidation Vehicles. Starting today, companies can turn to Rollups to:
- Launch and manage RUVs | Companies can go to rollups.com when they are looking to launch a new RUV. Rollups is powered by AngelList, which means investors will still use their AngelList accounts to invest directly in RUVs and will continue to see their RUV investments reflected in their AngelList portfolio.
- Explore Consolidation Vehicles (CVs) | Our new product gives founders the tools needed to consolidate existing stakeholders into one entity, retroactively.
