Today, AngelList Digital Subscriptions supports investor suitability questionnaires, on-shore and off-shore subscription booklets, SPV and Sidecar subscription documents, co-investment documents, addition forms, redemption forms, and transfer forms, and can support any other paperwork/form you’d like to have live in the platform.
Yes. Through a bulk data import, AngelList Digital Subscriptions can bring in your existing investor information and create profiles for them to opt into. This will help streamline all of their future transactions.
